Mr. Geoff Mann
(treasurer, deacon) |
Geoff is an accountant by profession, and so an
obvious choice for treasurer of the church. Geoff also has an active
involvement with the work of the Gideons - a group who are best
known for their distribution of Bibles in hospitals, hotels etc.

Mrs. Mary Challis
(deacon) |
Mary's special skill in the church is caring. Every
week will find her on a routine of shopping, visiting and supporting
friends. Mary plays an active part in the work of the church, and
is co-editor of the church magazine "Mount Zion".

Mrs. Linda Mills
(deacon) |
Linda has earned respect as a hard worker. Two days
a week she can be found behind the wheel of one of the Dial-a-Ride
mini buses. Taking an active role in most areas of the church, Linda
still finds time to run a child-minding business.

Mrs. Jane Mann |
Jane has many years experience in social care and brings
to the diaconate this special skill as well as a reputation as a hard
worker! She has recently taken over as Chair for the board of
Jimmy's Night Shelter. |

Mr. Richard Howlett
(deacon) |
Richard is Jimmy's Night Shelter Project Manager,
and has many years experience in the field. Richard also uses his
musical talents on Sundays - and plays bass guitar in the music
group.

Mr. Derek Wall
(deacon) |
Now retired, Derek is busier than ever and has special
responsibility as co-leader of the Cambridge Pensioners' Fellowship.
Derek is also a busy lay-preacher - particularly assisting in bringing
God's word to the Cambridge's village churches.

Mr. Roger Wright
(deacon) |
Roger's special skill is music, and as well as playing
guitar in the church's music group, is one of a four person music
worship team - known as "Four Point Turn" - who tour Cambridge's
City and village churches leading worship services.
