We warmly invite you to join us for a special seasonal worship time at 4pm on the fourth Sunday of Advent Carols and Christingle at ZBC, Cambridge. This family-friendly gathering promises a heartwarming afternoon filled with the joy, music, and meaning of Christmas.
It’s a wonderful opportunity to step out of the winter rush, bask in the glow of community spirit, and savour the peace and hope of the season.
The service will centre on the singing of some of the most beloved carols — a chance for voices of every age to join together in songs that stir the heart and lift the soul. There’s something truly special about a room filled with shared melodies at Christmastime.
And, of course, we can’t forget the Christingle. Together, we’ll create these symbolic candles — oranges wrapped with red ribbon and decorated with sweets and dried fruit — each element offering a meaningful reminder of the story at the heart of Christmas. As the candles are lit and the warm light fills the room, it becomes a moment many remember long after the season has passed.

Join us for our Harvest Thanksgiving Service as we come together to celebrate God’s goodness and provision. This is a special time to give thanks not only for the food we enjoy, but also the beauty of creation, and the many ways God blesses our lives.
Let’s gather as a church family to worship, give thanks, and share in God’s abundant love. All are welcome!
Following the service, everyone is invited to stay for a Harvest Jacket Potato Lunch. The potatoes will be provided—please bring along a favourite topping to share!
